Match report:
The second 2nd Team match took place at Bramshaw Golf Club in Hampshire. With one of the team going down the day before with heat stroke, co-manager Ingrid had to step in to play!
The temperature topped 30 degrees, and the course was baked hard and so conditions were difficult.
Despite good golf in all the matches (including a hole-in-one from a young Hampshire girl), Hants lead 3-0 at lunch. With the heat rising, the team was up against it in the singles and again, despite good golf, including a lot of birdies and eagles, the honours went to Hants.
Congrats to Ali on her good win and to Phoebe (one of two rookie Juniors playing their first matches for Kent) on getting a great half from being dormy 2 down.
