The ‘Official Guide to the Rules of Golf’ – is now available to purchase in printed form. This book includes the ‘Interpretations on the Rules of Golf’ and ‘Committee Procedures’.
The ‘Rules of Golf’ Book and ‘Player’s Edition of the Rules of Golf’ Book – these publications are available to order, free of charge on the R&A website. You simply need to pay for postage. https://shop.randa.org/rules-products
There is an R&A ‘Club Presentation’ which now available to anyone who wishes to conduct a brief and basic presentation on the 2019 Rules. For example, a Rules evening for members of your golf club. However, the R&A, England Golf and we all recommend that this presentation be conducted by someone with a good level of knowledge of the new Rules. If you would like a copy of this ‘Club Presentation’, please contact the County Secretary.
Finally there is a document called ‘Committee Procedures’, which provides guidance on model local rules and establishing terms of competition. This is available on the R&A website: https://www.randa.org/en/rulesequipment/rules/rulesmodernisation . In addition, The R&A Committee Toolkit is now available, this will provide suggested shorter alternatives for using on your scorecards, which will, of course, need to reflect the new rules with effect from 1 January 2019.
