Conditions were excellent although it was very hot indeed. The men's scoring was good but the women's scoring was exceptional with many scoring in excess of 36 points. In the men’s, Canterbury Captain Scott Lindsay’s 36 points placed him 5th but the same score in the women's would have been in about 20th place.
