Kent Golf Union President resigns

Following an emergency meeting of the Kent Golf Union Directors, Mr Christopher Tappin has today offered his resignation as the President/Chairman of the Kent Golf Union Ltd. This offer was duly accepted by the Directors, who have elected Mr. Simon Naylor as the new Chair of Kent Golf Union Ltd.

Connor Fletcher named as Colts Captain

Please note that the Kent Junior Championship at Chislehurst is now on Friday 24th August 2012 and not Friday 27th July so as not to clash with the Carris Trophy at Royal Cinque Ports which now includes the Friday.

Kent golf clubs raise over £10,000 for charity

Cecil Leitch Final Results We recently held our 54th Annual Competition at Ashford Golf Club. Over £10,000 was raised for the Charity from over 80 of Kent's golf clubs. Nearly 3,000 competitors took part in the preliminary stages with some 109 finalists taking part on the day.
