As a part of our Women in Golf Charter and Respect in Golf commitment, we run women's beginner academy sessions and various events across Kent throughout the season, elevating women and girl's participation and achievement in sport. We also recruit, retain, and develop female talent not only in our own county office but also within our Kent teams, more specifically in the Girls and Women's 1st, 2nd, and Senior teams.
