Round Robin Stage

Contact
Each team to make contact and confirm dates with the other teams in their group, within 6 weeks of the date of the initial draw. At the time of contact, at least 4 dates, spread over a minimum of 4 weeks, must be offered, and must include 1 weekday and 3 weekend dates. Should a team fail to make contact, within 21 days of the initial draw date, the opposing team may claim home advantage for both legs of match.

Results
Each individual game must be played to a CONCLUSION. Team positions at the end of the round robin will be decided on the number of overall matches won. If there is a tie, the result shall be decided on the number of overall individual games won and then, if there is still a tie, the number of holes won. Should there still be a tie, the number of games then holes won in the matches between the tied teams will decide the winner.
If a match is conceded prior to play, the score for that match will be 6 and 5.

Knockout Stage

Contact
Each team to make contact and offer, within 14 days of the draw, at least 4 dates spread over a minimum of 2 weeks, which must include 1 weekday and 3 weekend dates. Should a team fail to make contact, within 14 days, the opposing team may claim HOME advantage for both legs of the match.

Results
In the event of a tie in the knockout stages, the result will be decided on the total number of holes won. If a tie still exists, each team must nominate one person to play sudden death. If in the second leg the result is known, then any matches still being played need not be played to a conclusion, but both teams should agree to this prior to play.
If a match is conceded prior to play, the score for that match will be 6 and 5.
