We will store all the personal information you provide on Kent Golf's secure (password- and firewall- protected) servers. All electronic transactions you make to or receive from us will be encrypted using SSL technology.

Where you submit any personal information for publication on the Kent Golf website such information will be published on the internet and may be available, via the internet, around the world. Kent Golf cannot prevent the use or misuse of such information by others.
Where you have subscribed to our newsletters, we use Mailchimp, a US-based email service, to store your details and send you our newsletter. Use of Mailchimp for Email Newsletters
Where you have subscribed for our email newsletters and these are processed through Mailchimp, your personal data is stored on our IT infrastructure and shared with Mailchimp as a data processor. The information may, therefore, be transferred and stored securely outside the European Union. Where that is the case, it will be subject to equivalent legal protection through the use of Model Contract Clauses and the supplier's membership of the Privacy Shield scheme.
