1. A Junior Player Profile, Code of Conduct for Young Golfers and Parents must be completed and returned to the Kent Golf Union office c/o Littlestone Golf Club, St. Andrews Road, Littlestone, New Romney, Kent. TN28 8RB

2. The entry fee of £35 must be paid prior to the event
