1. Eligibility All Competitors must be Male Members of a Club affiliated (and up to date with the payment of affiliation fees) to Kent Golf Limited and possess a maximum WHS Handicap Index of 12.4 at the date of closing . Should a competitor’s WHS Handicap Index rise above 12.4 at the time of the competition he will be permitted to play but must play off WHS Handicap Index of 12.4. Should a competitor's WHS Handicap Index fall below 2.5 at the time of the competition, he will be permitted to play but will not be eligible to win a prize. The Kent club must be the player’s HOME CLUB. 2. Entries will be limited to the number permitted by the Host Club and if necessary, longer handicaps will be subject to ballot. 3. The Competition Play will be over 36 Holes of medal stroke play. The Kent Golf General Competition Conditions shall apply. All ties will be decided by count-back. Caddies are allowed, other than a professional golfer. 4. The Champion Will be the player who returns the lowest gross score and he will hold the Scratch Cup for one year. 5. The Handicap Cup Will be held for one year by the player returning the lowest nett score. 6. Prizes There will be vouchers awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places - both Scratch and Handicap. Scratch - County Vouchers will be awarded to the Champion, runner up and 3rd place Handicap - County Voucher will be awarded to the Champion, runner up and 3rd place
