The final U18 boys' league match of the season took place on Sunday at the stunning Burhill GC in Surrey. After a long week for many of the team, Kent needed a win against Surrey and Hampshire to progress to the league final. Teeing off to the sound of distant thunder was a slight worry, but luckily, the worst of the weather was behind us. Despite some great individual performances, Surrey got the better of us on home turf, and the final result was a 5-3 loss against Surrey and a draw against Hampshire.
