As the weather improves and we get more exposed to the sun rays, it is important to remember to add sun protection to our game!
Overexposure to the sun's UV rays can cause sunburn, skin and eye damage and skin cancer, but the good news is that this is all mainly preventable, with adequate sun protection! Next time you head out onto the course, don't forget to use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF of at least 30 and reapply every two hours.
Lowering your risk of skin cancer can be so much easier than lowering your handicap ;)
