Kent Junior Girls win the Triangular Trophy for the 3rd year running

A lovely sunny day - for the most part (a little light shower towards the end) saw the Kent Junior Girls win the Triangular Trophy for the 3rd year running at Chichester GC, West Sussex. Fantastic team effort with some great golf to watch on a very good and pretty course, needing a lot of thought to avoid the many ponds, ditches and out of bounds.
It was played in the usual great spirit with new acquaintances made. We are so proud of the girls, not just because of this great win, playing as a team, but also their behaviour, both on and off the course. Much thanks go to Chichester GC for hosting this event, their friendliness and their excellent lasagne for tea!
Thanks also to the starter, referee and other helpers who gave up their time for us today and Louise Simmons, Sussex Junior Golf Director, for making it all happen.
