Kent Senior Women's team win the Mulligan Larsen Trophy for the 3rd year running!

Congratulations to our Senior Women's team on winning the Mulligan Larsen Inter-County Scratch League trophy for the 3rd year running! Marvellous achievement!
The Kent Senior Women’s team welcomed Essex to Canterbury Golf Club on 31 July. It was the final match for Kent in their Mulligan Larsen inter-county campaign and they were hoping to win the league for 2023 and thus retain the trophy won for the last 2 years.
There was heavy drizzle from the first tee for everyone, which never let up, and which sadly developed into heavy rain at times. Brollies made conversation difficult at times, but the matches were nevertheless played in great spirit and enjoyed by all.
Kent emerged victorious by 5-1 after some excellent matches and we were therefore successful in retaining the Mulligan Larsen Trophy.
We were very well looked after by Canterbury GC, who provided a course in very good condition and a delicious meal. We are very grateful for their continued support.
