Senior Women's team match v Sussex

We played our long-term rivals in the league, Sussex, at Knole Park on a windy day that started pleasantly warm and ended up cold and rainy. The course was in great condition with fast, true, slopey greens, which a strong Sussex side mastered rather better than we did, with many reports of long putts holed. Our thanks go to Knole Park for a great welcome, which included a free snack from their Lady Captain as well as a very enjoyable post-match meal.
The final result was 4½-1½ to Sussex.
