Kent took on the newcomers to our league, Hampshire, on a pleasant enough day with some warm sunny spells and a steady north-westerly breeze. Sundridge Park East course was in great condition, and if you had a downhill putt, a very gentle touch was required. There were many tales of putts wandering on well past the hole.
The Kent team were in fine form, winning 5 matches and halving the 6th to record a convincing victory.
Our thanks go to Sundridge Park for a warm welcome, a well presented course, and a delicious meal.
