Lee Carew's golf journey - From a Kent Golf Junior Academy attendee to Kent Amateur Champion

Lee Carew from Chelsfield Lakes was recommended to attend the Kent Golf Approved U18s Academy at Pedham Place, designed to keep players like Lee, who had talent but were just outside the squad level. He attended and flourished and moved up to the U18 Boys Team next year.
Earlier this year, Lee won the Kent Men's Amateur Championship played at Knole Park, and this month, he represented Kent in the England Golf Champion of Champions event at Woodhall Spa, finishing T5.
It’s great that hopefully, the academy group he fitted into kept him on his early golfing journey, and we wish him a lot of success in the future.
