Volunteers play a crucial role in the running of golf clubs and facilities. To ensure we can offer the right support, we are inviting volunteers to take part in England Golf’s 2025 Volunteer Survey.

The survey aims to gather insight into:

• The amount of time volunteers give across different roles
• The support and training received when starting volunteer roles
• Motivations for volunteering and how individuals feel about their experience
• What more England Golf and the wider golf industry can do to support volunteers effectively

England Golf are looking to reach as many volunteers as possible. Whether someone has recently started or has been volunteering for years, their feedback is important and will help inform future support and resources.
