Meet our new Women's 1st Team Manager – Nicola Ball

"I’m back!
After a successful amateur career representing Kent, England and finally GB&I in the Curtis Cup, a break from the golf course has ensued. Family life and hockey socials had taken over until I returned to the golf course 2 years ago. Buoyed by the enjoyment my two sons have had started the game, it’s reminded me why I love the game, love its challenges and its social opportunities. To subsequently be asked to manage the Kent Women’s 1st Team is a huge honour and one I am very excited about.
Kent Golf provided me with many of my favourite memories, the friends - some still playing # Dani Masters - the successes - National Championships 2003 - and the fun - there is nothing better than team sport and golf does this aspect as well as any!
I look forward to working with Steve Mitchell and meeting the incredible team he has told me all about - bring on 2026."
