Kent Junior Girls v Langley Park Juniors match report

How lucky were we with the weather, with some sunshine and just a few spots of rain. Our grateful thanks to Langley Park Golf Club for hosting this match at the last minute and for such a warm welcome and great hospitality.
Everyone played brilliantly and with excellent sportsmanship and obvious enjoyment (who could ask for more!).
In the end, our Kent girls just pipped the juniors of Langley Park and took the winners' trophy, presented by Langley Park’s Bella Watson, to Kent junior girls’ Esme Medd (nominated captains for the day).
We hope to now make this a regular fixture in the diary, and I’m sure the Langley Park juniors will be out to make honours even next year.
Many thanks as always to all the parents who transported their daughters to the match, especially those from very far away – it is really very much appreciated.
