AGM Update - 27.07.2020
At our board meeting (held by video conference) on 13 July, the Directors agreed to work toward holding KGU’s Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 4 November. This meeting will deal with the matters set out in the notice of the March meeting which was abandoned. We are all fully aware of the current restrictions and that there may well be limitations on how the meeting may be held even in November. As a result, we will work on the basis that we may be permitted to have some physical attendance but that we may also have to allow members to participate and vote in other ways. Further details will be issued as our plans develop. KCLGA has indicated that it is working toward an AGM the same day.
