Invicta 10s - Day 2

The 2nd event in this year’s Invicta 10s Tour took place on Wednesday, 13th April with 24 competitors.
It was a lovely Sunny day and many thanks go to Hever Castle Golf Club and Peter Parks for hosting this event again. A fantastic venue and we were very well looked after as always.
It’s lovely to see the youngsters getting better and better and having a lot of fun out there together both in the skills challenges and out on the course with some great scores recorded.
As always grateful thanks to all the volunteers who helped to make the day so successful.
The prizes were awarded as follows:
Caleb Twyman – 1st place 9 hole on course – 36 shots
Dexter Shavri – 2nd place 9 hole on course – 41 shots
Ellie Taylor – 3rd place 9 hole on course – 42 shots
River Fontanelli - Winner of Putting Challenge
George Hammond - Winner of Chipping Challenge
Charlie Gordalier - Winner of Driving Challenge
Noah Norman - Overall Skills Challenge Winner
Samuel Taylor - 1st most improved player
Artie Atwel - 2nd most improved player
Well done to all and we are looking forward to the 3rd and 4th events of the Tour which will be held at Boughton Golf Club on 28th July and Etchinghill Golf Club on the 4th August respectively.
The Final will be held on Sunday, 4th September at North Foreland Golf Club.
This competition is open to all boys and girls aged 10 years and under with a handicap of 40 and above or no handicap at all.
