Mental Health Awareness in the Workplace

“At Kent Golf, we believe mental health is just as important as physical health. We encourage every club to appoint a Mental Health First Aider to create a more inclusive, supportive environment where members feel safe and valued. With a dedicated Mental Health First Aider like Rachael Walsh, we’ve seen how it raises awareness, breaks down stigma, and provides early support. Together, we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of our members.”
