GDPR CONSENT TO USE VOLUNTEER AND CONTRACTORS IMAGES

In order to enable Kent Golf Limited to promote its business and the services we provide to our affiliated clubs and their members, we may use or publish photographs of our volunteers both on our website and in other online and hard and soft copy materials. This may comprise both individual images of volunteers or contractors, such as appears in our “directors” or “rules officials” or “county teams” areas of our website, and general images which include volunteers or contractors, such as photos taken at events that we run. However, we accept that some people may not wish their photographic images to be used in this way and therefore we are giving you a genuine choice as to whether you wish to consent to Kent Golf’s use of your image for these purposes.
