Meet our new Women's 2nd Team Manager – Alexandra Ord

"I have been playing golf for over 20 years now and competing with the Kent 2nd team for the last 5 seasons under Ingrid and Gill.
I am currently playing off 0.4 having come down from 6.2 when I started representing Kent, but would like to get to + in 2026. I am a member at Canterbury Golf Club and captain of our Bradley Cook Team.
When Ingrid and Gill told me they were stepping down as managers, I was really keen to take on the role and continue the work they have put into the team.
We are building a great squad of players and I’m excited about the season ahead. I am hoping that my organisation and enthusiasm, as well as my competitive nature, can help us to bring home the Stovold Trophy for the first time!"
