Park Wood Golf Club - Club Development Grant Success
Never underestimate the lowly bin... Park Wood applied for the Club Development Grant from Kent Golf and were awarded £1000 which they've spent on litter bins for the course. Not only will the bins keep the crows at bay, but they should also reduce litter. As KJ Rhee explained, anything called "commercial" or "golf" in the title seems to cost that much more so without the grant it would have been hard to justify spending money on something like this.
KJ Rhee said, "Thank you once again for the grant. It will make a lovely addition to the Club and hopefully will really attract people to put their empty bottles into them."
