Purpose & Aim | England Golf run a “Challenge League” for South Eastern counties in which Kent participate fully. The Challenge League enables players between the ages of 19 and 30 years of age to compete in inter-county and club matches whilst improving their game with professional coaching and development. Members are scratch handicap or better and aiming to represent the County First team and/or compete at elite amateur level. |

Training & Coaching | Membership of the squad provides the valuable benefit of elite coaching with the squad PGA professional, Benn Barham and other specialist coaches. Individual and group training sessions are run pre-season, also featuring such areas as fitness, mindset and specialist putting coaching. |
Matches & Competitons | The Challenge League team play Inter-County matches against Surrey and Hampshire Colts on a home and away basis. They also enjoy matches against the County first team and Kent club representative teams. The matches are played by teams of 8, with inter-County matches featuring both 4-ball and individual match play. Competition for places is keen! |
