“ I studied Sports Science and Development Coaching at Bournemouth University before embarking on my professional golfing career studying for my PGA degree at Birmingham University. I am constantly studying to improve my knowledge of coaching, currently undertaking qualification in golf biomechanics.

I have dedicated the past 15 years to coaching all levels of golfers, from players on the European Challenge Tour to total beginners. I am also currently a Kent County Approved Academy Coach.

I have experience in both traditional and modern techniques and teach using Trackman, Hack-motion and Video analysis to deliver quality coaching. ”

U14 BOYS ACADEMY

Keiran coaches a boys group of U14s, held monthly on a Wednesday evening and Saturday afternoon at Pedham Place Golf Centre. These sessions are aimed at improving performance and scoring capabilities of young keen golfers with the aim of getting them into the U14s or other County Squads.

These sessions will use Trackman and TopTracer to help identify and improve specific areas for development. The goal of these sessions is not to learn how just to swing the club and hit a ball but how to play golf. In the spring and summer season these sessions will be a lot more course based to aid playing and performance.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

You must be aged between 10 to 14 years of age on the 1 January 203
You must have a handicap of 20 or less. Please be aware a lowest handicap ballot will take place if the sessions are over subscribed
An online Annual Junior Player Profile & Parental Consent Form must be submitted prior to attendance
Entry fee payment must be received by Kent Golf prior to the first session

THE SESSIONS INCLUDE:

Advanced PGA Professional expert advice
Full training given when using TopTracer and how it can be of benefit
Range balls included during the coaching sessions on behalf of Kent Golf
Open to current County Team Squad members and non-team Squad members
Possibility of squad selection through monitored results

A great way to begin and progress on your journey to becoming an established golfer. These group sessions are a fun and friendly way to help learn the skills and build your confidence to play golf.
