PLEASE NOTE:

"Voting Members" are the Affiliated Clubs of Kent Golf Limited.

You should use this form to exercise your proxy vote if you are not going to attend or exercise you right to vote at the AGM on 7 September 2022.  If you submit this form, the Chair of the AGM will cast your votes as indicated. If you do not complete any one or more sections and submit an incomplete form the Chair of the AGM will cast your votes for those resolutions as they see fit.

If having cast a proxy vote you decide you want to attend and vote at the Meeting and change your vote, you must inform the Secretary before 09:00 a.m. on Wednesday 7 September 2022.

To be valid, completed proxy forms must be submitted not later than 10:00 a.m. on Monday 5 September 2022, i.e. 48 hours before the time of the meeting.
